Anal Bhowmik received his PhD degree from IIT Kharagpur, India. In his PhD, he studied about the transfer mechanisms of orbital and spin angular momenta from vortex beam to the ultra-cold atoms. Currently, he is  working with Prof. Ofir Alon on Many-body quantum dynamics  and excitations of Bose-Einstein condensates. His papers can be found here.
